Bustling Navigli

Where tradition and liveliness are entwined, capture with us the details of the true vecchia Milano.

This photo tour will delight street photography lovers as well al landscape photographers: lots of photo opportunities lie between juxtapositions with colorful urban art pieces and stunning views from the bridges across the navigli.

We will discuss how to exploit patterns and framing walking through the Colonne di San Lorenzo, manage low lights in the prospicient Church of San Lorenzo Maggiore and then head to see the Darsena, the ancient port of Milan newly renovated. After a brief stop at the local food market we will proceed to the very heart of the Navigli neighborhood, shooting old transport canals that survived to the paving and gritty alleys and courtyards where plenty of picturesque perspectives and unique subjects await us.
